Since Sporkl is implemented as a server-side programming framework which is open for use by anyone on the internet, certain limits must be imposed to preserve service resources.
The following limits (per output iteration) are enforced on Sporkl programs:
|Max memory usage (peak):||25 mb|
|Max bandwith:||5 mb total|
|Max execution time:||20 seconds|
|Max name length:||128 characters|
|Max program size:||2 mb, + compiled code counts against memory usage limit|
There are various other technical limits which are imposed, but they unlikely to constrain any reasonable usage.
